Choice Academies wanted to have shade structures on some of their playgrounds, now temperatures are up to 30 degrees cooler under the shade.

At night, the structures provide a safe space for the user thanks to the high-end LED lighting that is provided with the structures.

Additional shade structures were strategically located at the drop off area of the school and two other playgrounds, to give the school more coverage and making them more sustainable.

All of this interconnected to the electrical system generates a total of 561,000 kWh or energy annually.
